This week we have been learning about the five senses. Touch, smell, hearing, sight and taste. The teachers gave all the children a piece of paper to describe using the five senses. Here is what we have been working on.  I hope you like it.

In The Nice Summer Breeze

There is a nice summer breeze blowing through my black hair.

There is a sensation of the nice fat puffer fish swimming all around. The fresh smell of salt coming from the water and blowing through my nostrils made me feel excited. I can hear the fish splashing through the water happily with their grand smiles.

Cross Country 2017

Kia ora

This week on Wednesday,Ohaeawai school had Cross contry.when we first started cross country I started to feel nervous until I was actually at the front of the line. When Mrs Craig claped we all fled as fast as we possibly could. I was feeling quite good until a peasant face plant decided they would visit me I felt sad until at the end i came 17th I was so thrilled and heres a photo of the ten year old girls. but you cant see me because im at the back.
